Sadly the phone number listed is not for the store and the wait times on hold are more than 15 minutes. There is the ability to leave your number and they will call you back within two business days. Seems fair as long as your question isn’t urgent. Given I’m cancelling my TV account since the price is jumping incredibly from $64.99 to $109.00, guess I’ll just take the DVR and the remote back to the store. Internet still seems to be a good deal.

Because of covid, you go to the door and give the security guard your name and phone number. You can wait in your warm car until it’s your turn, then he or she will call you and you can go inside to see a representative. The secret guard works just as hard as the reps, but they are all friendly and it’s nice to wait in your car and not standing in a long line.
