I was disappointed. I got pants there before. I go back for the same size and it’s too long. There were no shorter ones in my size. It was too baggy, too.

Visited Gap yesterday, the young lady at the Cashier was pleasant but busy. Another lady Vivian came and assisted me, I honestly was so glad she did as I had been waiting awhile for the lady who was at the Cashier to be free. Great customer service, very helpful ensured I got what I wanted plus they had sale, got some discounts as I had gotten a gift card. So thumbs ☝ Vivian, you were great.
