This place is an absolute haven for book lovers. I’m a student and this place has saved me so much on books for class. It’s easy to find anything here. The workers are always so kind and helpful. It’s also incredibly easy to donate books with the convenient pod outside. Outstanding place all around!

I absolutely love Friends of Poughkeepsie Library. The atmosphere is inviting, there is a great selection of books, the staff is kind and helpful, the prices can’t be beat, AND what you do pay helps support the library.
