Great service, good price, and got my bike back pretty quickly.

The staff and owner are very nice and helped me find a bike in my price range.

Yet another bike shop in Northern California that treats their customers poorly.

These folks are part of my extended family, so I’m biased, but I always get great service and advice and a fair deal. Super professional, nice, and family owned & operated. Forty-something years in a competitive bike-crazy town…this is how you do it.

Yet another bike shop in Northern California that treats their customers poorly.I paid for a Performance tune-up and a handlebar replacement, and told them to take their time. The handlebar was replaced fine, but the gears in the cassette, drivetrain and chain looked just as dirty and greasy as when I dropped it off. THEY DIDN’T EVEN BOTHER TO WIPE DOWN THE FRAME. They charged $100.Spoke to the manager Sherry and she tried to gaslight me saying I never asked for a bike service, only for a $100 handlebar replacement. I’m attaching the receipt so she and her staff acknowledge what was just a poor job from their part.Avoid this place!

Great and friendly service. They took the time to talk with me and helped me find the best option for a new mountain bike purchase and a road frame build. Good advice, no sales pressure.
