Overdue review: BY FAR THE BEST VET IN TEXAS! My princess was in dire need of help in Jan 2020. I was quoted extremely high prices and was sure I’d have to put my dachshund down. I was broken hearted and my dog was in extreme agony. I live in San Antonio and drove to Freeport for prompt, caring , quality, and affordable medical procedure that was 1/3 of the cost quoted in SA. It was the best decision I had ever made for my family. We’re now in May 2021, my Princess is thriving and living a pain free life. I would most definitely recommend anyone needing professional aid or support to Dr. Goerdel and his staff with out any doubts. I absolutely love everyone and thank the high heavens for their talents and compassion. If you talk to Veronica in the front office, you can rest assured that you’re going to be in great hands.

Our dog ripped his stitching out that was performed by an out of town vet clinic. This event happened on a Saturday evening and my wife was able to rush him to this clinic for treatment. They did a great job stitching him up, provided a much better cone that was the correct fit and much more comfortable for him. The cost was very reasonable being that this was an after hours/weekend call. The stitching held up very well and he is now back to being his normal, high energy self.CANNOT rate them highly enough!
