Pricey on some items for no reason..but a lot of unusual pieces and fun styles.

Free People is one of my all time favorite brands and I have spent A LOT of $$ with them. I normally shop online but today I decided to shop in the store for the first time. I figured it would be good to try before I buy. I ended up spending close to $400 but not one person greeted me, asked me if I needed help or asked me if I wanted a dressing room. I walked around with clothes in my arms and finally walked to the dressing room and asked an employee if I could place them in the fitting room. Again, while in the dressing room, nobody came to check on me or anything. This is during Covid times, so it’s not like the store was super busy or crowded. The cashier rung me up and quite sure she took credit for the sale. I’ve worked in retail for quite some time and this was just disappointing, especially for my first visit in store rather than online. The staff needs training in what customer service is all about.
