I did not give him a hard time over the price or what he gave me for my trade.

Frank has helped me since moving to the area multiple times with my IS250.

Bought a 2015 Dodge RAM. After getting it home and taking it on a trip, it was pulling to the left and the the tires (I chose) were awful noisy. Got back from the trip and asked Frank to check the alignment as well as the parking brake, as the cable was hanging low. I also offered that I believed the parking brake was froze up. Finally got the truck in, Frank said that the front end was fine, must have been the crown of the road and the e-brake was fine and adjusted. Agreed the tires were noisy.Yesterday I took the truck in to my regular mechanic for an oil change and other service work. He found the right front wheel bearing was shot (noisy tires and front end pulling?) and the e-brakes were indeed froze up.I know, for a fact, that Frank did not inspect my e-brakes as I had put match marks from the drum to one of the wheel studs as well as on various bolts that would have had to be removed to take the disc-drum off to inspect the brakes.I felt that I could trust him. I did not give him a hard time over the price or what he gave me for my trade. It’s doing business like this, that gives the Used Car industry a bad name.

Nice people they are very professional and they get the job done

He was honest. Told me exactly what was wrong with the car, let me drive it . I didn’t buy but I would consider buying a car in the future from here.
