Horrible customer service and defective gloves. I have been through two pair of their gloves within a year with very light use and one pair we’re hardly ever worn only in cold weather and 3 months old. Also both pairs of gloves are marketed to use with touch screens and they absolutely do not work well at all, I found myself constantly taking off my glove when navigating Backcountry trails. So frustrated.When I contacted them regarding if they’re going to stand by their product or not they did not. I even have pictures for proof, I will not buy any other Fox Racing apparel.You’ve lost a customer, I do not deal with companies that will not back their product and have horrible customer service. Goodbye!

Horrible service. Ordered several helmets and gloves directly from Fox. One of the helmets arrived with a broken adjuster. Their hotline is not answering and asking you to send an email. So I sent an email and never received a reply or even a confirmation. So I ended up returning the helmet on my own expense back to California for over 30$. Fox is not offering free returns but also doesn‘t answer requests when you receive a broken product. Buy somewhere else!
