We bought our vehicle a few months ago & I have avoided doing this because our experience was so unpleasant. Apparently there are new owners there. Darin Glinski inserted himself into our experience & ruined it. We found this car from out of state. Ford of Ventura just so happened to have the color, Year, & mileage we wanted on a Mustang that got traded in. We wanted to see the service records as we could not view the vehicle in person. Darin said we could but then went back on his word. I called him out on it & he said he didn’t care & he could do “whatever he wanted because he owned the place!” He raised his voice at me. At one point he told us he would have to “think about” selling the car to us because it would be more beneficial to him to sell it to someone locally. Then he hung up on me. You likely don’t want a specific rare color. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.
