I am seriously blown away by how great of service I was given today! Heather, was so sweet and so helpful over the phone. She didn’t rush me and helped me put together a bouquet for my mother. Then she tells me she can have it delivered within the next 3 hours!!! (Mind you it’s Mother’s Day weekend which means they are super busy with orders) ! So freaking awesome!After I placed my order, Paulann texted me a photo of the final look of the arrangement before the delivery. && the flowers looked so amazing, so fresh and well put together!Then, the driver Ethan went above and beyond to make sure the flower arrangement was put in place for my mother, who is resting at the local cemetery and he even provided me pictures per my special request!I am just so happy and so pleased with the service all together! I Do wish establishments could run their business like them, Seriously, best customer service! HANDS DOWN. Don’t hesitate to shop here! Highly recommend!
