Dropped by to get a large piece of glass for a fancy table shortened after an unfortunate accident. It was a drop in and they had it all resolved in less than 20 minutes and as good as new, albeit shortened. Great and friendly service.

Purchased a solid oak table on Craigslist that needed to be resurfaced. Wanted to put a piece of glass on top of the table once all was said and done. Called FCG and was initially told a measure of the table was $50, the guy came out and said the table isn’t a horse track (2 straight aways and 2 bends) and said the table needed to be custom measured. Said he’d have to go back to the office and would return. After waiting for 2 hours I finally called their office and asked where he was and they said I needed to pay an additional $75 for a custom measure on top of the $50 I’ve already spent. When we got pass that issue as nothing was performed besides the guy showing up and saying he needed to go to the office, did we schedule a custom measure, the entire time the person performing the measure was condiscending as if we weren’t worth the time and effort. Finally got the measurement done, was told the glass would take 9-14 days to cut and edge, no problem there. 17 days later I get a call saying the glass is done, they close at 5pm shape Mon-Fri (so plan to take time off from work to collect your item). The sales person kept trying to nickle and dime me for everything, measurement charge (twice which was eventually waved), service charge, custom craftmenship, delivery etc.I arrived, parking out back as I knew the glass was a large piece and the employees in the shop were amazing compared to the face of their business.TL;DR their in house sales person is a jackass, their shop and office staff seem perfectly great.

Went there for a price for a replacement piece of glass and price was $180. Called Mr. Glass… $100 for same window. Guess where I went? Both businesses had same order timing, 7-10 business days. Friendly staff that’s knowledgeable, nice showroom, lots of parking.
