Fleet Feet has excellent customer service! I appreciate the time they take in detailing the shoes/ inserts that are chosen for me. The store is clean and well organized. I would highly recommend going to Fleet Feet getting the foot analysis done and then letting the experts pick the running shoes that would best fit your feet.

Life Savior!Kyle was a huge help! Right when I entered, he asked me if I was helped, I needed new shoes because my feet were hurting. He asked me first if I had time to spare because there was a waitlist since it was busy. When I was up next, he was open to hear my problems, and he took the time to give his opinion, and did some test to make sure my feet get the best quality. Will come back again, and recommend others to come here!

Excellent had to wait and come back. But it was worth it. They call you to let your turn to be next they limit no more then 3 customers. So I get my turn found my perfect running shoes with the assistant Michelle. She really listen to what I needed them for we put my feet on the plate solved where I’m having trouble with my feet. Helped what shoe would comfort my feet. She did outstanding! I am recommending my sister in law to definitively get her walking shoes here. Thanks Michelle hopefully we can get you next time.
