The store location did not have my size, so they placed the order online with their corporate office. The order was never delivered and because they placed the order I was not given any updates on the order, and it ended up getting lost. The staff and manager at the retail store did nothing to help and said it was on me and that they could do nothing. Don’t go to this store. Order online from your account only or go to the store in SF.
