Easy battery replacement, something I have done myself on the same model. Looks like the phone tech used too much heat on the front phone panel because they haven’t done to many android repairs and destroyed the front camera. Then charged me more than the quoted cost to add insult to injury. Bummer. Had my doubts due to some of the bought reviews. Really wished is wasn’t so. Didn’t even ask to fix the camera. Front camera repair is an extremely hard job to complete, requires you to dissect the entire phone and pull the mother board completely.Update: Phone completely toast after a week. The phone tech did a shotty job on the install and didn’t connect the wiring harness to the motherboard correctly and the phone no longer turns on. I just bought a new phone from Costco because I need a cell for my business.Truly unprofessional company.
