From the moment I got in touch with Fix Auto they were friendly, prompt, commutative, and did excellent work! Kevin kept me informed the entire part of the process and made working with insurance so easy! Sharon in the office is a sweetheart & super welcoming! It was only a week from the time I took my car in for an estimate to when the repairs were completed (and would have been sooner but my schedule didn’t allow me to take it in for a few days)! Not only was the repair work beautiful but they also detailed my car which it needed badly!! 🙂 would highly recommend using them to anyone!

The moment I picked them through my insurance’s website, they gave me a call within 5 minutes to ask when I’d like to bring my car in. I communicated with Sharon the most. She was extremely accommodating, friendly and professional. It wasn’t hard to reach her if I needed to call and ask questions and she would also call me about updates.Upon arrival, she immediately knew which car was coming in, and got me checked in. Joey worked on my car and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about my car’s condition. He fixed it within a week and I already had my car back! Fast and easy service. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs a good repair shop with great staff!
