I work out of town and was unable to pay my loan being that in Carlsbad there’s no First Cash either. So was a day late called the store trying to negotiate for them to wait for me to come in to town the next day.negative. they didnt care. Wanted to sell me item at their price. Freakin sucks.

This first cash pawn location had helpful and polite staff. I purchased a beautiful mint condition Gibson Les Paul from them. They allowed me to put it on layaway since the deal was too good to pass up at nearly half of retail value. The over all shop was clean and well organized. The staff were professional. I was passing by on my way to Little Caesars when I spotted the guitar for sale. They had just closed but the nice woman that worked there allowed me to check it out and take photos real quick before they went home. I really appreciated that as I live in the North East and its a bit of a drive down had I needed to come back the next da y.
