Looking for some fireplace items. Not one customer in store yet not one person asked her anything. One of the workers asked, did you see the customer! That person said yes yet 5 more minutes passed. Bye bye. Shame that customers can be ignored like that. We will look elsewhere.

Bought a new 24 inch fire pit ring. Used it for 3 minutes. Works horrible from my existing 20 inch ring. Less heat and flame height. Tried to return it and Vickie says not returnable due to the coating being burned off. THE COATING IS BLACK SPRAY PAINT. I e mailed management no response back. Spent 100.00 for a ring Vickie recommended to me. I be happy with store credit. THE ANSWER WAS STILL NO. Stay away from this place. Keep your money. I was hoping for some kind of response ( they have my invoice number and phone number) but I knew they wouldn’t reach out to me. I really thought I would hear something back but I guess I was wrong, especially since they have my contact information,.
