Positive: Value A water leak caused damage in our home so we scheduled service with Fire Water Pros. They came in pretty quickly and got out everything that was wet and yucky. They were very friendly, professional and courteous. Chris was really great and making sure everything was safe and sectioned off. I was totally satisfied.

On Christmas day our basement filled with ground water. I called Fire Water Pros and they arrived in about an hour, as they said. They helped keep the water from reaching our furnace and came back daily to check and add more remediation equipment. When it was dry they came back 1 more time and treated it with mold killer. Chris was attentive to our needs despite being the holiday. I would certainty recommend them.
