Our plumber recommended that we buy a Toto toilet and since we love our plumber and needed a new toilet, we went in search of a plumbing store that carries this brand. We happily discovered Fenimore Plumbing Supply on Halstead Avenue in Mamaroneck. Not only did they have a lovely selection of Toto toilets, they also carried all Kinds of gorgeous tubs, faucets, sinks as well as vanities. When I asked if I could try one out, I got a firm “ no”! I realized the misunderstanding and said that I just wanted to sit on the Toto toilet, not “ use” it! It was indeed very comfortable! While they are open to the public during the Coronavirus pandemic, they are very strict regarding social distancing and are limiting customers in their showroom. I was ready to buy on the spot but we decided to check their prices and I’m happy to say that they are very competitive and we’d rather support our local businesses, especially if we know we are getting a good price!
