Working with Charlie and Mike was great. When I did damage to my vehicle I was passing through Johnson City on my way to San Antonio. I needed to take my Honda somewhere immediately after the accident and I was able to get in contact with Charlie even though it was late at night. He told me to tow the vehicle to his shop. He was able to look at my car the next day. Thanks, gentlemen!

Do NOT take your vehicle to these guys! Terrible communication on the status of your vehicle. I drop a vehicle off for a simple 30 minute procedure (per the owner.) They kept the vehicle for 24 hours. They also promised me that they would bring the car to me. And once the vehicle was finished, they refused.
