Worst carrier in San Jose and worst customer service! My package was supposed to arrive at my place yesterday morning, I still haven’t received it. Customer service told me “hopefully” you will get it tomorrow. This is so frustrating and inconvenient because I had to stay home all day yesterday and today for my package since it requires a signature. From reviews, I can see that it’s very common for distributes to make shipment as attempted delivery when no one even tries to deliver.The center told me If I didn’t receive my item by 6 pm today, I could just come in and pick it up between 6-7 pm. I went to the center, there was a women employee who rudely just told me to contact customer service because they were about to close. I hope FedEx starts to value the time of their customers as much as they do with their employees.

Fedex continues to show how much they don’t care about their customers and how lazy they are. These are the 3rd and 4th items I’ve received that the packaging is crushed, items damaged, and parts spewed everywhere.

Terrible communication. Told me to come grab my package at the facility. 25+ min drive and 30 min wait at the facility later… I was informed the package isn’t ready to be picked up. I’ll have to wait until Monday for it to be delivered. Then why the heck was I told over the phone to come grab it???
