A very important package was supposed to be delivered on 2 June…all the tracking updates said it would be delivered by 1200 on 2 June (or as late as 5 in a rural area which I’m not in). When the time came and went I tried calling the customer service number but couldn’t get a person…the automated service told me the same thin, it would be delivered on the 2nd by noon (which it wasn’t). Finally at 6:45 I was able to speak to a person who said my package wasn’t put on the truck so it wouldn’t be delivered. He transferred me to the store. I could have made there before they closed but the woman I spoke to said the package was on the truck and the driver was just running behind. By 8:15pm still no package. The number the woman gave me for the local store said it was out of service and the customer service person refused to transfer me or let me speak to a supervisor! So much for customer service. I’m going out of town tomorrow and now I have to figure out how to get my package (which I paid to have overnighted to me) before I leave at 1100! Unbelievable . If I could have gotten a straight answer, I would have just picked it up.

This FedEx distribution hub is full of liars, For 2 days they claimed Customer not available or business closed I was home both days as I’m Disabled and home most of the time. Either they have faulty map software, Driver is lost or Driver is plain lazy and finds it easier to not deliver packages than do their jobs. I was home during those days and they just don’t want to deliver without giving a real explanation or giving someone a recourse.
