Rude and Unhelpful~Went there to return a package to Walmart pursuant to their instruction. Manager at Fed Ex was so rude. Said my box I’d already packed it in would not work. Purchased a box and then asked to use the tape to re-pack and they stated I couldn’t do it there. So, I asked why and he said I had a sticker on the box (a square half black/half white) that says contents are toxic. I told him I’d take it off and he could see it was a hand held vacuum cleaner. He just shook his head at me and pointed to the door as if I was a child.

I walked in to Fed Ex trying to ship some packages and it was not a good experience. The girl named Evelyn basically was rolling her eyes at me while I was was talking. She basically didn’t know that my labels were free because they were from Fed ex she seemed pretty confused. Also, at the end she gave me my receipt and did not say a word. This is one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever received. I wouldn’t even give it one star.

If his boss is reading this then let me say when ever I see this guy he is giving 110% I think to keep the good one then I suggest a raise or nice office job in customer service. Great personality .
