Bad costumer services have plenty of returns we always drop off at FedEx with no problem Today the lady work here(the manager) told me she can’t take them because some of them are too thin packages and she can’t take usps(smart poste) ones even though we always dropp off at FedEx she just didn’t wanna deal with to many packages 15 min later I dropped off at other location in brea they took them all it took him only 10 minutes

This is a very large Fedex. The space is super clean and in a nice area of town. Staff was very helpful. I came in to print a label and drop off a package. The process took about 10 minutes. The only critique I would say is staff makes you walk from counter to counter 3 or 4 times to work with different people for one transaction. It would be better if I could have stayed talking to the same person at one counter.
