I sent a check to Texas from California and it was time sensitive. Thus, I scheduled an overnight delivery, but it did not get there in time because of the weather in Texas (they had a snowstorm). I understood the situation, but I was still upset about the fact that I paid $70 just to send a piece of envelope for a purpose, but it was defeated. I went to the store to get help again, but no one seemed like they had solution to it. Seth then found me struggling and helped me with sympathy. He gave me a number to call and he felt my struggles. I didn’t get my refund yet, but I really appreciated Seth’s help.
