If I could leave zero stars I would. I walk in the place at 535 PM and there are two people waiting for 15 mins without any help. It is 610 now. There is one employee in the printing section helping one client for the past 30 mins. One customer asks where are the employees, the printing lady says the other employee is in the bathroom. That is a long bathroom break. The printing lady does not even acknowledge the long line that is forming behind me. The two people ahead of me leave in frustration. It is definitely a poor managed placed. One employee can’t help everyone
