The Old blonde lady at the desk was rude and had an attitude over the phone with me, when I wanted to pick up a package. She was working before five a clock on 1/13/20 Her attitude didn’t change when I showed up either. She made it clear that since I didn’t show up at “5” (I came 20 mins early) that I wasn’t gonna get the package because the “guys” didn’t want to work. Guess they were waiting for shift change? Won’t come here again. RUDE.
