I have lived at Fayette Arms apartments for about a year now and have nothing but good things to say. It’s very affordable and the service has been excellent. Remi and her team do a great job and have always been extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend Fayette Arms to anyone looking for a good deal in a prime location.

I’ve lived at the Fayette Arms for 10 years and couldn’t be happier.Its location to almost any store/business as well as public transportation is a big plus. I work in San Jose and the commute by car would be a nightmare if not for the electric train which runs between Mt. View and San Jose.The building itself is immaculate–a cleaning crew visits twice a week and cleans the laundry rooms, hallways, lobby etc. And credit needs to be given to the onsite Manager who actually cares about her job. A lazy/unmotivated Manager can make or break a building’s appeal and this one gets the job done! Any repairs are quickly attended to by our maintenance man who is equally motivated and is a joy to work with.I’m also impressed with the quality of people who live here (props to Management!)–there are no partiers; just quiet, friendly easy going people.Two more features I like are the fact that it’s a security building and has a small gym. Regarding rent, it’s lower than buildings in the immediate vicinity which is the icing on the cake! What more could you ask for?!
