I went there last year. Wanted a short bob.The hair dresser wasn’t my normal one. This was when the store manager left. Anyway, the woman wasn’t very friendly.When she was done, I wanted to see the back of my head in the mirror. She produced a mirror so small that I couldn’t really see what was done. When I mentioned how small it was, she said that she needed to buy a bigger one. I paid her and left.When I got home, I found that the back of my head was cut so close, that I had three bald spots the size of quarters.I swore then that I will never return. Even my friends were shocked! My hair has grown back, but my ire has not abated.
