Quality was exactly what I had hoped for, and the team was fairly receptive of any questions and concerns I had. One thing to note: it is not a store, it is a third party company operated in a picture frame store; I did not notice this at first and had a hard time locating. The only complaint I had is that it took slightly longer than I had expected/been told, but if you are just looking to digitize family memories at no rush, this is the place to go.
