Outstanding service, particularly Ryan he took his time explaining everything I needed to know for beginners surfing he is extremely helpful. Also upstairs Kyle was helpful showing me second hand boards and wetsuits. It makes such a difference when you receive good customer service. Cherish these guys because they are an asset to your store. I will definitely be coming back to this location to purchase equipment very soon!

I ordered a new board for my husband’s birthday, not realizing the new burton channel set up.. he has older but a brand new pair of bindings. I went straight to Burton in Santa Monica. They were nice enough to tell me about a disk insert that will allow the old bindings on a new style board but they didn’t have any available. I then called about 20 places and searched online everywhere… no luck. I found ET surf, they told me to bring my board and bindings in and they would take a look. Not only did Dan help, he set it up and gave me the disk inserts for free!!!!! Also my 4 year old talked one of the guys ears off, he was so sweet to him and talked to him right back! I haven’t had amazing customer service like this ever!! Well done and thank you!!! We will be back.
