Horrible experience. They set up an “appointment” for you, but you still have to wait 2 hours for your car. I’m very disappointed on how they do not value their customer’s time. I used Uber to get to Enterprise, and had to Uber back home so I won’t be late for work. It’s 95 degrees outside and customers have a 10 x10 Eazy up for protection from the Sun. Was not able to practice social distancing and had to wear the mask in this heat. I was going to have that rental for 3 weeks while my car got fixed. They lost a lot of money. Do better Enterprise… how is this acceptable?

Fantastic! The girl that helped us was amazing, not only was she sympathetic to our needs but she was fast and eager to quickly get us into a car as closely comparable to our vehicle that was in an accident this morning. We arrived at 5:15 and walked out just before 6pm.

My first time renting a car here and it was fast and easy. The car I reserved for was the car I got. The gentleman who helped me went over everything I needed to know. I called the morning I had to return my car and asked if I can extend to one more day and I was able to get it at no extra cost. Definitely recommend this location. I will come here for my future rentals.
