I’ve used Elegance in Draperies on numerous occasions and have had an incredible experience each and every time. Ellen came to my house to measure and give me a price quote. She was very helpful, suggesting various styles and fabrics based on how much I wanted to spend. She had a reasonable turnaround time and once finished, Ellen and her husband came to my house again to install everything. I’ve gotten many complements on the custom Roman shades she’s made for me and have referred her to friends and family, all who have been very pleased. While not cheap, her work is exceptional and worth every penny! I’ll definitely be using her again.
