Inside the restaurant, you get what you expect.Good service, decent food, moderately clean place.On the outside… it’s a bummer there’s no drive thru, but that can be overlooked.Decorations and the plants maintenance could use some work. Half the plants look like they’re dying and the rest are dead.Also, is no one aware of the homeless person that’s camped out by the dumpster?I go here if I want a quick meal, it’s right around the corner of my house.But if I have the time, I don’t mind heading out to the next closest Pollo Loco. It’s a bit more… reassuring.

This place is awesome. I love their Pollo bowl, their avocado salsa, and their horchata. Can’t go wrong with this location. Lots of neighborhood and university folks go here. During lunch, the office crowd will have it busy. Also, the folks working here are always so friendly and helpful.
