You guys rock. Me and my fiancé came here to gear up for a high peaks mountain hike Labor Day weekend. PRATT was the associate who assisted us in selecting our gear and went above and beyond in helping us select the best gear for us and also teaching us a lot about hiking in the Adirondack region. He gave us his full attention, answered all our questions, gave us great advice, and did not make us feel rushed. JACK who was working the cash register did a great job checking us out in a timely manner even on a busy Labor Day weekend. We paid an extremely fair price for quality gear that made our hike so much better. If you are staying in Lake Placid and looking for gear look no further this is the place to go. Thank you!
