Absolutely gorgeous landmark. The beach is very well maintained (no wonder considering location ) biggest downside is that it requires residents pass for your car if you driving there – Hamptons not legally allowed to have private beach as far as I’m aware. Guess this is a smart way to create sort of privacy. Other then that environment is gorgeous
