I am so happy to share my wonderful experience with Cohen’s Fashion Optical in Roosevelt Field Mall. Everyone that works there are angels!! Starting with the wonderful Robbie! His service is just AMAZING. He really goes above and beyond and explained everything in details including after care of mine and my mother’s glasses! Junior, Claudette, Aida and Carol were also so sweet and caring! The knowledge about each and every one of the glasses and frames is impressive! Just bought a sweet pair of prescription shades from Cohen’s at Roosevelt Field Mall. My eye exam took no time at all, and the staff was more than helpful with all the different style choices.Best of all, after I put on my new ray-bans, I was mistaken for Matthew McConaughey 3 times on my way to work.Alright, Alright, Alright!!!

Excellent overall service. Perfect from beginning to end. From the initial exam to letting me try on what seemed to be every frame in the store until I finally found the perfect frame. Cheryl and Carol were both excellent and I would never go anywhere else for my eye care needs. The frame fit perfectly upon completion and the prescription was exactly as it should have been. I was initially worried that the progressives would be difficult to wear but they were perfect. Thanks again for the excellent service.
