Outstanding Customer Service! I started a project to restore a 1991 Wolf Commercial Range and struggled with locating OEM replacement parts. Not sure if Dvorson’s had the right parts I called their customer service department. After talking with Gina and exchanging emails with photos and measurement of burners she was able to locate the parts I needed. Customer service at Dvorson’s is not an automated phone messaging system, its real people who help you solve problems. Thank you Gina!

Failed to tell us one of our two items was back ordered. By the time the first item was ready to ship the second item was back ordered (according to the invoice shipped with the 1st item). Did some research and found the Thor Kitchen oven igniter they’re selling for $98 is actually a universal igniter than was had for $17 elsewhere and in two day shipping.Horrible experience with Dvorson’s.
