Had a tire failure and wanted same day service. Don @Dunn got me in that afternoon. Decided to have all 4 tires replaced. Was done in about 1 1/2 hours. Would have liked better in stock selection but I’m very pleased with tires I got. Would go to them again.

The representative I got when walking in was very helpful and not pushy at all when I asked for the most affordable option. In and out with new snows in an hour. Not too bad. We’ve been Dunn customers for years and see no reason to switch now.

I got my inspection done in March, with all new tires and then got my front brakes and rotors done in April. I made an appointment for today May 17th for an oil change, and new filters and these guys tell me I have a little life left in my rear brakes and rotors. Tell me how when my car was there 2 previous times and they were that bad, but not bad enough yo mention it then. Terrible customer service. Would not go drive by this place again let alone take my car there.Edit: the stores HR person, Harry, reached out to me to hear my complaints. He understood where I was coming from and got everything sorted for me. Great customer experience after that. Brought my car back and they reaffirmed my original thoughts. They then were able to fix the problem with much more clear communication. Would recommend these guys time and time again.
