In a word… Inconsistent. Sometimes the drinks are good sometimes they are not. Some of the employees are excellent, some are not friendly. It’s a gamble every time and there are times the drive through line is so long it goes out almost to the road. The bad usually outweighs the good, so I’m not planning to go here as often.

What is this about DD and cutting corners? The drink pictured here was given as is and tasted horrible with it not even topped off. This particular DD is always finding a way to make my experience coming here horrible and something is always wrong. If it’s not the customer service it’s the taste of the drink. If it’s not the drink it’s the overall people just not giving a care to the service given. I wish DD corporate would step up and get someone in this place that actually does their job correctly.
