I work in an Emergency Room and needed to call this pharmacy for pertinent medication information for one of our patients. Called six times, no one ever picked up. If your phone is not working, please fix it.

I do not often write a bad review – but I am tired of bad service. My doctor called in a prescription at 9:00 am and was told it would be ready in 1/2 hour. This was for the flu. I dragged myself out of bed and went there about 1:30. I was told “the pharmacist is not here until 2:00 and I will have to come back. I told her I’m pretty sick and can she please let me pay for and take the meds.I did not think I would have the energy to come back. She was not kind or nice or apologetic and didn’t t even tell me why I could not pick up my medicine. All I wanted was a little “I’m so sorry but I can’t do anything “ even that would have felt like she cared. I expected more from our community.
