I like that it has a good selection of clearance shoes. My husband needed a pair of new dress shoes for work. We were able to get a really nice pair of Kenneth Cole dress shoes for 40% off. Ended up being $35. That is such a great deal. The check out line was long but moved quickly so that was a plus.

OMG! I had some money to spend in my app account with DSW today was boot day!! Sad news everyone…I was just informed that DSW is not honoring coupons on clearance items any longer. That is terrible!!! I hate it, I buy more shoes when I have money on my account and coupons to use. BUMMER!!! I am not going to stop my donations or seeking for great deals but, DSW you may loose your VIP I believe we all should be shoe happy. But right now, check on my shoe stash come spring. Happy shopping!

They almost gave me store credit when they couldn’t even find my information in the system at the Park Place location. Funny thing is, I even asked for a hard copy of the receipt, but their printer was out of service, for whatever reason. I had a gut feeling that something like this was going to happen… just my luck, right? I really didn’t want to drive back & forth, being that I was already around the area for some shopping at NorthPark. Before driving off highly disappointed, I expressed my complaint & concern to the manager, who was very willing. It turns out that there was a mistype, which made it almost impossible to look me up in the system to obtain proof of purchase in the system. After hanging up with Morgan, I walked back in to update them on what happens, hoping that the system updated on the Park Place’s end. Unfortunately, it did not, but I had threw Morgan’s name, position, & location out there, hoping that it’ll hold some kinda weight in my argument to not be refunded in store credit. It helped, because the manager at Park Place did an override & ended up giving me a full refund in the form of my original payment. Thank you for you time, patience, & understanding, Morgan.
