My husband and I looked everywhere for the washer and dryer I wanted and it was either out of stock eventhough it was advertised that it was in the store or the price was a few hundred dollars more than advertised!!! We should have gone to Don’s from the start I found the washer and dryer I wanted and the price was perfect and the employees are absolutely wonderful,friendly and very helpful!!!!

Have been buying exclusively from Don’s for years. Had a problem with a refrigerator in June 2017.Service person came out 3 times in next 2 months, said if they couldn’t fix it in the next try they would replace as it was under warranty. I had many discussions with the service manager. They came out 3 more times and still wasn’t fixed. In November I asked about the replacement. Was given the run around until January. Then was told since my warranty was running out in January they would not replace.I have a business and always liked to do business with independent local businesses. But now won’t deal with them and have to go to big box stores who are now more reliable. Imagine that.In your response…You missed the point. The problem was that your company delayed, stalled, etc. for 6 months and made 6 or 7 trips to fix the refrigerator and never did. I was told if it couldn’t be fixed 3 trips it would be replaced. That should of happened well before January when the warranty expired.
