This place deserves 0 stars. A truckers worst nightmare if you’re getting unloaded. My appointment time was at 11am. I got on the door around 11:15 & it’s now 2:42pm & I haven’t gotten the red light yet for them to start unloading. Apparently it doesn’t matter if you on time or late bcus other truckers come in after u & leave before you. Truckers do not come here if you can avoid doing so !

Always mark 3 stars if customer doesn’t provided restroom.Large overnight parking. On my pics Park your truck #1, walk in to the guard room #2. Checked in and wait for call, they will assign door for u. Bring your truck to the door, brake the seal and leave in trailer. Bring your paper to the door 232 (pic #3) and drop in the box as instructed…. relax and wait, it can take a while to be unloaded.Attention: the clock at security room set up for Eastern time nor for Central as suppose to be.

Horrible. Only gave it two stars for girl in the guard shack that drives the audi really polite and willing to try and figure out why it will take so long on the door for you. She’ll definitely make calls and get you some kinda answer
