Dropping to 2 stars because I witnessed the manager (short haired older lady) get into it with a customer. She accused the customer of grabbing the ladder to get things on top of the shelves and the customer denied it. Apparently the person in front of me was a witness to her not climbing. The manager kept repeating to the customer that she shouldn’t get up to grab items over and over. One time would have been enough. Then the manager accused the gentleman in front of me of being together with the other customer because he witnessed what happened and defended the first customer. The manager kept telling the gentleman who was not being disrespectful, Whatever sir, whatever. I had heard bad things about this manager before, but had never experienced it beforehand. Now I see why the rumors are going around town. Called customer service and placed a complaint about her. It was uncalled for, unfair to both the customers and I did not have to see her dramatic ways. I hope she gets taught what customer service is about or they put someone who can deliver it.Very well organized store, friendly staff and easy to walk around it. Also close to home and work.
