This store is close to my house, I do 90 percent of my shopping for my house and for my mom and family. I’m there at least five days a week. I know the employees by first name since the day it opened. The employees on the night shift are RUDE, they neglect the customers sit in the office and yell back and forth to each other about how to help a customer who has to drive home then back to the store because they didn’t get what they paid for and I will drive to a different store to spend my money! The customers always right?? Where is that? When I’m spending my money the least I expect is to get what I pay for. I didn’t then got treated like I was an inconvenience. Sad lost a good customer.

I generally really like shopping at the Dollar General on Ranger Highway in Weatherford,Tx. But yesterday, which was Saturday, I went in and bought $52.48 worth of items. After the clerk rung up my items I told her I wanted to get my $5.00 discount. She told me that she couldn’t do that because I have to tell her before she rung it up. Well, it didn’t use to be that way. So basically I was screwed out of my $5.00 discount. I am VERY unhappy about it. If I was suppose to tell her before she rung my items up she should have asked me if I had any coupons. She did not. So anyone purchasing items at this store, better tell the checker before she rings up your items that you have coupons, if you want to get credit for them.

I prefer this store to the other ones in Weatherford. It’s a little bigger and has a better selection and wider variety of products. Cashier always greets you when you walk in and the check out line is never long. Reasonable prices, friendly service and great one stop shop if you need a few in between (weekly shopping trips) items.
