Buyer beware.ALL SALES ARE FINAL, however I was not informed about this during the purchase process. When trying to return an item a few days after purchase, the clerk pointed to hidden sticker on the register which I did not notice or was being made aware of at point of purchase.Also, the receipt states: If you purchase is defective contact us within 3 calendar days from date of purchase. This is 2020, having such restrictive policies and not being open about them is poor customer service. I will take my future business elsewhere.

My dad had an unexpected heart surgery last week and we knew with his home coming he would need something comfortable to recover on. Adrian Ioja was SO helpful and knowledgeable in finding the right type of chair for my dad. He really took his time to ask me the right questions and gave me so much information about what was best for him. Not only was the chair affordable but Adrian had delivered the very next day after I ordered it.My das is now home from the hospital and absolutely loves this chair. It is where he has spent most of his time, and really has made his recovery much more comfortable.I had called another Medical supply store prior to calling DMES and they tried to sell me on a chair that only had 3 positions for the same price that we got an infinite position chair at DMES.I will be going her for all of my families medical supply needs from now on. It really shows that DMES really cares about their customers.

I wrote a really detailed review on yelp for this Huntington Beach location. These guys really take care of disabled vets, my paralyzed buddy has told me horror stories how he has been treated, over charged and made to wait weeks for products he needs at other medical stores in the area. Not sure about all the locations, but this location treats disabled vets the best. Great pricing and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure the Vets are taking care of. Any business that takes care of our disabled vets gets my respect and I highly recommend this location.
