While I was purchasing the dress they treated me very well. After I payed for it; I felt that I was not important for them anymore as for alterations and updates on the dress. I had to keep calling them. When they told me it would be ready.I called to confirm. I was told that my event was still in the future and it was prom season and those were more important. So my dress would have to wait until the following week. Horrible experience. No professionalism. Don’t trust them.

Drove in from out of town, only to find bad address and no answer to phone calls during their open hours. At least 10 calls one after the other. Address takes to out to the middle of nowhere. Waste of time.
