I have been going to discount for years now and have only had good experiences. Today I woke up to a flat tire.We put the donut on and went to discount on I-40 by IHOP on Ross. They fixed the tire 20 minutes sooner than the estimated wait time. We were helped by Anthony and he was professional and nice. We ate at IHOP while they fixed it and I received a text when it was finished. They also replaced the valve stem on the tire, and put the tire back on for us without us asking them to!All this was done at no cost! Discount is the place to go. They will do free air check and make sure your tires are aired up correctly. They also do free tire patches whether you have discount tires or not. First time or long time customer they are there to help!

I had the pleasure to meet Mike at Discount Tire. He went above and beyond to help me find the tires I needed. He wasn’t pushy in the sale. He let me choose the best option for me and my budget. Not only was he knowledgeable in the products he sells but he also helped with my grandson who spilled his chocolate frosty on the floor. I cleaned up the mess but he made sure the floor would not be sticky. Thank you for being patient, kind, and helpful. The store was clean, the people were nice, and the experience was a good one.
