This location is always very helpful and fairly quick. Unless you’re the first in line, you’re gonna find yourself waiting a little while at a discount tire. But you definitely see these guys hustling to get you in and out. I’ve never had a problem with work performed by then either. Will but my next set of tires from them for sure. (My current set was also bought from them 2 years ago)

These guys were great! Hubby spoke to Brandon yesterday and I spoke to Chris this morning. We needed to make sure that our tires were in stock. When I got there around 10am I was told by Aden that it would be about 11 o’clock when it would be finished. I was only getting two tires. It would be a long wait but it needed to be done. (No one offered to hold the tires nor was an appointment suggested by either Brandon or Chris.) However, the tech came out 13 minutes early with my keys. $349 later I have two new tires that look great. Now off to get it re-inspected in Navasota! Thanks Discount Tires! Great job!

I had one of the best experiences at this location I’ve ever had HANDS DOWN. Spoke with Nicholas and he helped me in ways I couldn’t imagine with getting tires. The tires I purchased are so smooth, quiet and look awesome on my truck. He was so helpful, informative, and all around had the BEST customer service I’ve ever had. Discount tire employees are very helpful in general, but he went above and beyond on helping me out. It is because of this experience I’ll never go to any other store to get tires or service them, he made a customer for life.
